Mercer County Health Services Coordinator – Wanda Fields R.N. Wanda received her nursing degree from Edison State Community College and has been employed with MRSI since 1996. Wanda is responsible for consumer’s medical plan of care for our Mud Pike Group Home and the Mercer County regional community support program. Wanda develops and monitors all health care programs including communicable disease and infection control. She teaches Delegated Nursing and medical training for staff in-services. Shannon received her nursing degree from Lima Technical College and has been employed with MRSI since 2000. Shannon works with our Van Wert County Division coordinating and supervising the medical plan of care for our Van Wert consumers. Shannon develops and monitors all health care programs including communicable disease and infection control.
