Melanie Shindeldecker Melanie has been employed with MRSI since 1993. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Management from Defiance College. Melanie is responsible for all fiscal functions of the agency including budget forecasting and analysis, monthly financial reports, and the day to day accounting responsibilities including accounts payable, receivable, payroll and Medicaid billing.
