Chief Executive Officer– Garry Mosier

Garry has been the Chief Executive Officer since 1987.   

He earned his undergraduate degree in Social Work from Wright State University and his Masters of Public Administration from Ball State University. 

Garry’s responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing and leading all aspects of our organization.  During his time as C.E.O., MRSI has grown from providing services to eight consumers in Mercer County to serving over 125 consumers in Auglaize, Darke, Mercer,  and Van Wert counties. 

Garry was also instrumental in becoming the designated housing agency of the Tri-County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services. MRSI Mental Health Housing program is recognized as a model program by the Ohio Department of Mental Health.

Through this affiliation with the Tri-County Board, MRSI received grants over 1.3 million dollars from the Ohio Department of Mental Health to build and manage 24 apartment units for individuals with mental health disorders.  Garry’s community involvement's include being a member of the Celina Rotary Club and a registered high school football and baseball official.
